komvi - our Danish single-family rental platform with DFI and Grosvenor - has completed the acquisition of 97 newly built townhouses in Greve (Tværhøjen) from Casa Nord.
The homes are DGNB Gold / EPC A certified and comprise approximately 10,900 sqm of single-storey family housing. The project also includes co-ownership of the Greve Bakke recreational area, offering residents access to integrated green spaces and community-oriented outdoor environments.
The acquisition marks komvi’s 6th investment in under five months since launch.
Greve benefits from strong demographic fundamentals, proximity to Copenhagen and limited new supply, making it an attractive location for long-term residential investment.
The transaction reflects Evervest’s approach of combining international capital with local execution and a disciplined focus on high-quality assets that can perform across market cycles.
Evervest continues to actively pursue additional investments across Denmark as part of the platform’s ongoing build-up.
