komvi – a new Danish housing company

Komvi is a new Danish housing company launched by Evervest and DFI as part of their investment joint venture with Grosvenor Group.
With an investment target of €500 million, Komvi will focus on creating modern, sustainable homes for everyday people – homes built around comfort, safety and community.
The company’s first portfolio includes around 400 newly built single-family homes across development projects in Zealand, Jutland and Greater Copenhagen. All homes are designed to meet DGNB Gold and EPC A standards.

Investment Platform with DFI and Grosvenor

Evervest and DFI have launched a new investment joint venture backed by Grosvenor Group, one of the world’s oldest property companies.
This marks Grosvenor’s first investment in Denmark and represents a key milestone for Evervest as an investment manager developing and executing institutional real estate strategies in partnership with global investors.
“This collaboration reflects exactly what Evervest was created to do – to build investment strategies with investors and execute them with local expertise and purpose,”said William Kanta, CEO & Co-Founder of Evervest.
The partnership combines DFI’s pan-European investment platform and capital structuring expertise with Evervest’s local insight and execution capabilities. Together, the partners will develop long-term, sustainable investment strategies in the Danish housing market.
