Sune has a consultant background from Deloitte and McKinsey and spent 5½ years with Nrep in various transaction and leadership roles, most recently as Head of Living, covering investment strategy, portfolio management and asset management of Nrep’s residential activities across all markets in Europe.

Rasmus serves as CFO and apply his strong background within auditing and accounting to enhance financial reporting and valuation. Rasmus brings valuable experience from EY, where he served as an auditor and advisor for a wide portfolio of both Danish and International real estate investors for more than 7 years. His time at EY and at BoStad provides solid experience in due diligence, financial reporting, and management of complex real estate portfolios.

Lukas serves as Head of Facility Management, overseeing facility management strategies and development projects across the portfolio. He brings solid expertise from Nrep, where he was Head of Facility Management, leading operations of the Danish Residential portfolio with a focus on efficiency, asset performance, and long-term value creation. Lukas also has international and domestic experience from development projects, combining technical insight with operational leadership.

Henrik supports Evervest’s facility management team contributing with a strong operational and technical perspective. Prior to joining Evervest, he spent four years at Nrep, where he worked with facility management and CAPEX initiatives, driving asset improvements and ensuring high technical standards across the portfolio.

At Evervest, Henrik supports the technical oversight of assets and the efficient operation of the portfolio. With a hands-on approach and solid experience in facility management, he contributes to operational stability, risk mitigation, and long-term value creation.
