Evervest & DFI announce joint venture with Grosvenor

Evervest and DFI have entered into a strategic joint venture to launch a new investment platform backed by Grosvenor Group, one of the world’s oldest and most renowned property companies.
The partnership marks Grosvenor’s first investment in Denmark and represents a significant step in Evervest’s growth as a Danish investment manager focused on developing and executing institutional real estate strategies in partnership with investors.
The investment platform will be named komvi and invest up to €500 million in modern, sustainable rental homes across Denmark. The company has already been seeded with a €150 million forward-funding investment comprising around 400 new single-family homes across development projects located in Zealand, Jutland and Greater Copenhagen. All homes are designed to meet DGNB Gold and EPC A standards, focusing on energy efficiency, quality and long-term sustainability.

The new joint venture combines DFI’s pan-European investment platform and capital structuring expertise with Evervest’s local market insight and proven execution capabilities. Together, the partners will target high-quality, sustainable residential assets across Denmark through long-term, responsible investment strategies.
