Asset Management Mandate

We are exited to announce that we have entered into an asset management agreement (in Danish: forvaltningsaftale) with Danish pension fund PFA regarding PFA’s Danish portfolio of private care homes and care homes both existing assets and assets under under construction. The properties are located in Danish growth cities in Zealand and Jutland.
